Lesson 34 · قَبْلَ
Before and after: قَبْلَ and بَعْدَ
قَبْلَ (before) and بَعْدَ (after) work like عِنْدَ: the noun after them ends in -i. قَبْلَ الصَّلَاةِ means “before the prayer” and بَعْدَ الدَّرْسِ means “after the lesson”.
